Piano Detectives®
The Piano Detectives Club is a program for children ages 4 to 8 years old, divided into Junior and Senior Detectives. It is designed to give beginners a positive first experience at the piano. The program offers both group and private instruction and has received national acclaim. Through age-appropriate activities, children investigate musical concepts including rhythm, keyboard orientation, music reading readiness and listening. Materials include a piano notebook, printed music, activity pages, educational craft supplies and a personalized, monogrammed carry bag. STUDENTS BEGIN THIS POPULAR OFFERING ONLY IN THE SUMMER. They may continue into the school year depending on readiness and availability. Those able to enroll in the fall may complete a nine-month program each of two successive years.
