Enrollment forms provide class descriptions, weekly schedule options, tuition and fee costs and start and end dates for particular classes or terms. Forms are available as printable Adobe PDF files. Class space is not reserved until the enrollment form and materials fee are received by the Music Clubhouse. At this time we do no have online enrollment with credit card payment. Once your enrollment is received, you will receive a confirmation. To inquire about the status of an enrollment, contact Janet Johnson, Director.
